Born in 1994, graduated in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston.

He did step down as Chairman of BCO at the end of September 2025 to fully dedicate himself to leading an international industrial group, with over 400 employees and offices on three continents, of which he is President since June 2023.
Andrea Sacha Togni
Partner & CEO
Born in 1975, managing the group since 2012, he has been working with BCO since 2009.

A successful career at Credit Suisse, marked by a rapid rise through the core departments of Private Banking to advising the most exclusive clients (UHNWI / Executive & Entrepreneurs Premium Clients).
​
Member of several Boards of Directors, he served as Chairman of an international industrial Group (2016-2024), founder of the YPO Southern Switzerland chapter, member of the Regional Council of SSR SRG CORSI, and was elected to the Lugano City Council in 2024.

Francesco Mascaro
Relationship Manager
He joined BCO group in 2019 as financial advisor, after 26 years activity in a swiss leading bank and 5 years at an asset management company in Mendrisio.
He has experience in various banking areas including Investment consulting, Portfolio Management and Fixed Income. In this context, he worked 7 years in Zurich as advisor/trader on the trading floor of a leading swiss bank.
In 2002 he obtained the asset manager and analyst diploma (Azek / CIIA®).
Stefano Conti
Senior Relationship Manager
He joined the BCO group in 2021 as a financial advisor, after over 20 years of activity at Swiss Private Banks and 5 years at a family office in Lugano.
He has experience in various banking fields including Portfolio Management and Pensions, Investment Consulting, Real Estate and Management.
He graduated from the University of Friborg in Economic and Social Sciences (Business Economics)
John Bernasconi
Senior Relationship Manager Retired partner
He joined BCO in 2013, but has worked with the group since 1990.

Specialist in the management of portfolios and research and investment strategies, he gained experience in private banks in German and Italian
regions of Switzerland.
Tomonari Kimura, CFA
Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager
He joined group BCO in 2014 as Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager, after working 10 years at Credit Suisse as Investment Consultant in Switzerland and Singapore. He earned a Bachelor degree in Economics at the London School of Economics, and a Master degree in Investment Management at Cass Business School, London.

Davide Carri
Investment Advisor & Portfolio Management
He joined BCO group in August 2018 as a portfolio administrator after acquiring experience in the stock market of UBS Chiasso and Lugano for 4 years. Afterwards he worked for 18 years at the Headquarters of a private bank in Lugano founded by Mr. Carlo LA PAgani. Later, during 4 years, he ran and managed a cross-bordered plant in Switzerland.
Sandra Tronconi
Compliance Officer
She joined the BCO Group in 2021 as Compliance Officer.
With solid experience in the corporate and fiduciary sectors, she successfully coordinated the FINMA onboarding process
